First-time Passport Application and Lost Passport Re-issue should apply in person.

Appointment
Consular Services ( Passport, Visa and Document Authentication, etc.) is available from 9:00 am to 13:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Please proceed to make an appointment.

Walk-in service
Walk-in service is available Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 13:00. We only accept 25 walk-ins per day. Starting at 08:45, applicants can take a number in the lobby and submit your applications after those with appointments. We operate on a first come first served basis. Please be advised that your waiting time could be extended due to circumstances such as a large number of applicants and long process time for individual cases.
