For applicants applying for Consular Services ( Passport, Visa and Document Authentication, etc.), TECO-LA is now open for appointments on weekdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please proceed to the Appointment system. You should arrive 10 minutes before your appointment at 3731 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 700, Los Angeles, CA 90010, to check in.

Mail-in
For applicants who chose the mail-in option, please proceed to the Appointment system, create your file, print out the Generated QR code and send it in along with your application to better track your case.
