For applicants applying for Consular Services ( Passport, Visa and Document Authentication, etc.), TECO-LA is open Consular Service Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm; 1:15 pm to 3:45 pm, except holidays. Please proceed to the Appointment system.

*Walk-In Services: Monday to Wednesday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (Limited to 15 slots each day) You may proceed to 4401 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90010 to register. Apart from your application's documents, please remember to bring along with you your passport or photo ID.

Mail-in
For applicants who choose the mail-in option, please proceed to the Appointment system, create your file, print out the Generated QR code and send it in along with your application to better track your case.
