Appointment
For applicants applying for Consular Services ( Passport, Visa and Document Authentication, etc.), TECO-LA is now open for appointments on weekdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please proceed to the Appointment system. Please arrive on your appointment time at 3731 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 700, Los Angeles, CA 90010, to check in at the front desk.

TECO-LA is also open for walk-in appointments on weekdays, from 1:15 pm to 3:45 pm, with a limit of 35 applicants. You may proceed to 3731 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 700, Los Angeles, CA 90010 to check in. Apart from your application's documents, please remember to bring along with you your passport or photo ID.

Mail-in
For applicants who choose the mail-in option, please proceed to the Appointment system, create your file, print out the Generated QR code and send it in along with your application to better track your case.
