Walk-in Appointment
For applicants applying for Power of Attorney, Declaration of US Residence, Pension, Passport Renewal, TECO-LA is now open for walk-in appointments on weekdays, from 1:15 pm to 3:45 pm, with a limit of 35 applicants. You may proceed to 3731 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 104, Los Angeles, CA 90010 to check in without scheduling an appointment.

Apart from your application's documents, please remember to bring your proof of vaccination and photo ID, and wear a mask at all times. Those with a fever will not be permitted to enter the building.

Appointment
For applicants applying for other Consular Services (First-time Passport Application, Document Authentication, etc.), TECO-LA is now open for appointment on weekdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please proceed to the Appointment system. You should arrive 10 minutes before your appointment at 3731 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 104, Los Angeles, CA 90010 to check in.

Mail-in
For applicants who chose the mail-in option, please proceed to the Appointment system, create your file, print out the Generated QR code and send it in along with your application to better track your case.
